Inside the zip is the bmp. In tenhou\'s option, second tab lets you load a background, so just point it to wherever you extracted the bmp and that\'s it.

If you pay for the windows tenhou client, you can make your own backgrounds. I made that one with some random googled table and my mad photoshop skills.
