34567s all would make the hand ready. Drawing the 4 or 6s would also make the hand a possible all runs two double run hand. That's 8000 without a reach, unlikely, but I like to dream. There are a number of other possibilities but they would all require discarding one of the bamboos, and discarding t...
I wouldn't discard any of those tiles. You're in first place and bamboos aren't safe against any of the other players, especially the dealer. Granted the dealer's hand is probably not ready yet and/or cheap, but why risk it at this point? You're hand is only going to be worth about 1600. Reaching wo...
6-bam Most efficient way to making your hand ready. or2az, what your missing is that by discarding the 3p you lose out on the 4 2p's in exchange for one shot at the last 6s. You also lose out on drawing a 4 or 5p allowing you to discard the 1p pair and potentially transition into an all runs all sim...
Three of the 9p have already been discarded, and the 4p is a live tile so keep the 3p.
You should keep the 8p only in hopes of drawing a second in pursuit of a seven pairs hand.
In that case you should discard the 9s, and can discard a second later depending on how the hand develops.

Small chance that dealer can take the tile but, it passed when north discarded a few turns earlier so it's unlikely.
Alternatively I might throw the 3s.
Its still early so you can go for a toitoi hand so hold onto the three 1s and the 6p doesn't really give you extra flexibility.
Drawing anyone of a 257p all puts you one tile from ready without the 6p or committing to a toitoi or 7 pair hand.
