3fan 30fu is worth 3900 on ron when you are not east. When you win with tsumo its worth 1000 from ko and 2000 from oya and that makes 4000. From classical mahjong-math: 2^(2+3fan) = 32 30fu x 32 = 960 So if you are wining with tsumo (not east) you get 960 rounded up to 1000 form both ko, and 960x2 ...

hmmm this is a strange one. this hand is like 0 fu (actually i see only 2 fu for the double wait on 4) and therefore it\'s worth the base score that was decided before, and thats usaully 20 fu (it seems that ron2-s base score is 30 instead). But other than that...30fu 3han(or fan :P its called yaku...
