Re:Yakuman and Reach

With players of that caliber, chombo should probably be made negative yakuman, rather than negative mangan.

Re:Legend of Koizumi Chapter 3 released!

I think that the manga is just too wacky.

Goumoupai could easily be guarded against simply by using Chinese-style White Dragons.

Re:terminology question to do with kan-dora

I meant, what is it called when the kan-dora indicator is exactly what is needed to make the tiles of the just-declared kan into dora tiles?

Re:Yakuman Club

Once I got daisangen on Toupaiou, but I don\'t have the screenshot to prove it. Here is something I got on a little 1-player game I made myself, of all places. Although doing this on a game you made yourself is like kissing your sister... http://www.reachmahjong.com/home/images/fbfiles/images/4ankou...

Re:2-Player Variations

Was wondering what 2-player variations are out there. Everything I\'ve tried has been dull so I made this up: DUEL - Use only one suit. - No other tiles. - Use only 3 copies of each tile (27 total). - There will be only one tile left to draw. Meaning, you know at all times the exact contents of you...

Re:What am I missing?

Um... you are furiten. Look at that pon of 3-dot across from you. The middle one is turned sideways, meaning you discarded it. This is the aspect of furiten that is most difficult for this newbie to wrap his brain around. Here you have a discard that completes your hand, it\'s not a tile you\'ve di...

Re:Narrate this scene

Note that only the suit of the tile was misperceived -- they saw a 2, all right, but they got the suit wrong.

Sometimes this happens to me when I play.

But a good computerized random numbers generator would provide a better randomness than that.
Even better: use the die rolls to seed a good PRNG.
