Best Mahjong game for Windows Mobile 6.5

Just bought a Silverbelt smartphone and I was wondering if any of you know the best Mahjong game for the WinMob platform.

\"Mahjong Academy\" (4 players) and \"Mahjong Paradise\" (2 players) are nice but in Taiwanese and the exact rule used is unclear.
There is a Taiwanese 16 tiles game too. Looked nice, but since the shareware time expired all I have about is \"BWB MJ16\". Hard to find were I can pay with that, anyway I didn\'t think it worth it.
I remember 2 thinks about the pocket version of \"4 Winds\" : 1) the riichi rule is badly implemented, 2) it should be avoided by any means.
