An Android app about taiwanese mahjong with 16 tiles. it´s all in chinese, so no idea, i don´t even know a thing about this mahjong style. But someone may be interested.
It´s a game about the Three Kingdoms period of China. So I bet the character shown in the pics is Sun Ce.
