I want to sell a morning pack: Anyone who comes to the parlor before 1:00pm can buy a pack of 3 games and a free breakfast for 900-1000yen.
In the land of the rising sun
the sun must rise slowly
if at midday and one hour
the morning still is.

For events, since the parlor is called \"Fairy\" maybe you can set up a mahjong contest where participents must be dressed like a fairy?
With a special price for the one who comes dressed like a ferry?

(I\'ve definitively nothing intelligent to say today.)

I don\'t know much about the business... but you might also try organizing some small tournaments. With low entry fees, as long as there\'s a prize people would probably play.

Added effect: you may get more regular customers.

Also, you could try to use MahongMart along with it. This is something my fencing coach does: at the club, along with fencing and lessons, you can also buy fencing equipment. It applies more to fencing because the equipment is more likely to break, but it couldn\'t hurt, right? Heck, if you know enough you could even try repairing people\'s automatic tables.

That\'s all I\'ve got.

It\'s probably all dumb, so keep that in mind.

Um... offer prizes to anyone who beats you in 2-player mahjong?

Get a set of Washizu mahjong tiles and play Washizu mahjong?

During the last recession I heard that mahjong parlours were enjoying a revival while hostess bars were getting hit because mahjong parlours offered cheap bear and reasonable fees.

Maybe you could advertise cheap beer and even cheaper happoshu... or nomihodai mahjong?? (I admit I have not seen such an offer before...!)

I\'d really like to head up to Tokyo and visit your jansou sometime...

Are you running those lessons? Would be interesting if you did.
Definitly coming soon, I just will check beforehand if you are there.

So, been there, great place!

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, good tables and everything in perfect order.
I especially liked that it was well illuminated, which is a rare find and in my opinion helps the atmosphere a lot.
Also a great plus it is non smoking.

I am sure that l will make the trip to Mahjong Fairy again.
