Akagi manga (spoilers)

Post by clacker » Thu Jul 23, 2009 3:12 am

It\'s not that I don\'t like the Akagi manga, but I wish they would wrap up the Washizu story line already. Now that Washizu is doing the draining blood thing as well I was hoping for an ending. A few months ago he got a ron against Akagi with first turn reach, all pairs, two doras, ippatsu, and two reverse doras, at which point he laughs a crazy \"ku ku ku\" laugh, looks like he\'s having an orgasm, and face plants into the table. Not meaning the man any ill, I think \"great, he\'s died a happy man, Akagi goes on as a rich man, and we finally see something else.\" But no, in the next episode he gets up and they start playing again. It\'s not like it\'s any big surprise to anyone that Akagi lives through his game with Washizu because he\'s in Ten as an old man. How much longer can it possibly go on?

Depends on who you ask. 4 years ago Kinma magazines were published 4 times a month. Now that\'s down to 2.
