I think I have to pick me up a copy of Custom Mahjong so that I can indulge my inner mad scientist...
Also thinking of picking up Mahjong Fight Club.

If you can read Japanese, Puro ni naru Majan (not listed on that site) is an excellent resource to improve your game. It has about 60 recorded pro games on it with commentary for every play. Also, it\'s got quasi-pro tests which are similar to the real paper evaluations pros have to pass to join a league.
