As about differences of zung jung and MCR: I think MCR doesn't have
1) dead wall,
2) riverbed and
3) seabed tiles,
4) robbing a kong,
while zung jung have them? True?

If by riverbed and seabed tiles you mean winning on the last tile from the wall and on the last discarded tile, then MCR have them.
As well as robbing a kong,

Here under MCR chapter I did not read such info:
https://www.mahjongtime.com/chinese-off ... rules.html
But those info are in zung jung chapter. As you said MCR have them, so I guess this manual is a bit cofusing. Any full manual of MCR?

The three combinations are in the long list of patterns:

https://www.mahjongtime.com/chinese-official-mahjong-scoring-4.html

"40. Last Tile Draw
Going out on a draw of the very last tile of the game. Does not combine with Self-drawn.

41. Last Tile Claim
Going out off the discard which is the last tile in the game.

[...]

44. Robbing the Kong
Winning off the tile that a player adds to a melded Pung to create a Kong. Does not combine with Fully Concealed Hand."

(Those English names are more descriptive. Translations of the kanji names are rather more poetic - 海底撈月 means "catching the moon from the bottom of the sea" (in classical Chinese rules the moon was the 1 Dots tile) and 河底撈魚 is "catching a fish from the bottom of the river".

This page specifies that there's no dead wall so tiles are drawn from the whole wall:

https://www.mahjongtime.com/chinese-official-mahjong-rules-4.html

"No dead Tiles will be designated. The Play continues until the last tile has been used."

You can find all editions of MCR rules and some translations on my website (as well as EMA Riichi rules and WRC rules):

You can find Zung Jung rules on its creator's website:

Edit: It looks like this site have a few broken links.

Zung Jung and MCR/CO rules both use simple additive scoring where points for each pattern/condition are added.

The big difference is that MCR has over 80 patterns while Zung Jung has only 44.

Also in MCR a winning hand requires at least 8 points whereas Zung Jung is usually played without a minimum requirement.
