I concur. 1-shanten, plus 3 of them are already discarded. So, that makes some good Kabe right there.

if i was to imagine a final hand with iitsu then i would probably discard

is not safe becaue of oya discard but if i want to win i have to discard it now (later it would be more dangerous).
