Crap, i\'m not good at choosing hand directions... I guess for now i\'d cut the 8 of bams. That way you still have the option for sanshoku or ipeiko. After that i\'d just wait and see what advances first. I\'d preserve the mans for now incase of the ipeiko and probably consider abandoning the sanshoku depending on what advances first.

Gives you more options and easier waits.

5-bam , 6-bam or 7-bam

The hand can possibly change to a tripple-chow

Leaving you waiting for a 7-crak or 8-crak

Of course it is all in how you play right?

It is early in the current hand. I have dora, I could make tanyao, and possibly pinfu (but possibly not). Also riichi is possible to make, of course. I would probably throw 8sou.

If I manage to get another 3sou then I might make a open tanyao hand with two or three doras (and possibly toitoi? only if I get enough), instead (I already have some pairs that can be made triple).
