Without a great inspiration, I would discard the 2-crak.
Or maybe the 5-bam and hope for ittsu or a 3-side wait in bamboos.

I see a few possibilities:
* Yakuhai (but there is only one left, however if someone gets it it is very likely they will throw it away, and if *you* get it, you can even make a concealed hand, including riichi)
* Tanyao, pinfu (possibly one of these, or both, or none)
* You already have dora
One of the 3man has already been thrown away (and 5man). The 2man should be OK since two of those already thrown away. 4man has been discarded also. So, I think I would also throw 2man.

The thing thats throwing me off is the red dragons. They are kinda holding down the hand, but you\'re close enough to tenpai now that i\'d toss the 4 man followed by the 2 man and reach asap. I guess if you\'re really overzelous, you could toss the dragons, but i\'d still cut the mans.
