3-crak

I want to keep the seven pairs hand (I like that hand). Obviously I want to keep the double dora if at all possible. Frankly I would have no issue with cutting the 5c or the 6d instead, but cutting 3c has the extremely minor advantage that if you later draw into 5c and, somehow, cutting the double dora seems less dangerous than cutting 6d at that point, you can do that and still be left with a slightly better hand than just seven pairs. (The same argument applies if drawing 6d and not cutting 5c.)

We can hardly use the 5sou if not going for chiitoi.
And if we're not making chiitoi, the other options are:
- ryanpeikou (what a big difference!): harder and reward less in this case (unless switching the 9 pair to a dora pair, making it even harder).
- pinfu + iipeikou (+ tanyao?): don't reward much without the double-dora, and will need too much good draws to use the double-dora.

So chiitoi it is.
I'd like to keep the double-dora (obviously) and the 5man, since there is still a red 5man in game.
I'll also keep the 6pin to let open the ryanpeikou possibility.

In conclusion, 3-crak is my less-wanted tile.
It's not a safe discard, but it's not more dangerous than any other tile here.
