No reason to break the pins, the pair waits are strong and the ittsuu is still there. Breaking up the mans would be bad too, as drawing 5689p25m would backfire horribly. With this discard, we really only have to worry about drawing 47p and having to play with the tanki wait. For that, I'm keeping the 5sou, as it allows for a non-furiten two-way-wait on a 36sou draw.

Going for Ittsu. This becomes a choice between a Tanki (pair wait) on either 3 or 4 man down the road. Or, a Nobetan (double pair wait) on a 2 or 5 sou down the road.

I'd choose Nobetan, for the better chance of getting pinfu, drawing out another 2 sou, or a 5 sou - before getting a 4 or 7 pin. If pinfu doesn't happen, then that's something I can live with.

Drop:

3-crak or 4-crak

New thought: How about the prospect of shooting for tan-pin sanshoku?

At this point, if we try to force the ittsu, we're likely to end up discarding tiles that would have advanced our hand. This is particularly true because there are a lot of ways the the five tile run 56789p can turn into either two sets or a pair and one set besides just drawing 4p, and any of them would advance this hand. As we've already let two copies of 4p pass, and it's still early in the hand, our focus should be on trying to get into tenpai quickly, and cutting 2s (or 5s) leaves the most tiles available to move our hand in that direction. I prefer 2s as it's the drawn tile and does not make 8s appear safe if we reach.

If we got 4-dot , we would have ittsu.
