Well... I'll probably get my rear handed to me on a plate, but I'll never get better if I don't stick it out there... so I'll go first and see what it teaches me.
Looking at that hand, I'd toss the . It doesn't develop the hand substantially to keep the five over the two per se, but the two was safe last round, and any other discard takes away from options of development.

Y'dropped one already, y'don't want another one. And that's that.
Re: WWYD 2013/1/7
I don't know if its appropriate to post it here, but since the polls are included in the WWYD topics, if you happen to open this page, poll results are immediately displayed to you. And this kinda ruins the point of the puzzle. Maybe there are ways to make it so guests cannot see poll results (so that this wouldn't happen).
Re: WWYD 2013/1/7
"Four in a row" are much more interesting when you regard them as being two open-ended shuntsu ( _23_ and _45_).
But here, I can't see how to use this advantage without going away from tenpai.
So, bye-bye .
Edit: There is a bug/problems list in the reachmahjong.com section.
I've allowed anonymous users to vote in the WWYD's polls (and only here), so now the results are not shown, even if another anonymous user vote.
(BTW: the "other" vote is a false vote for testing.)

Re: WWYD 2013/1/7
I feel like I'm honestly going to get laughed out of here for suggesting it, but looking at the position of the game, I'd prioritize a stronger tenpai over a quick-scoring hand. 2-3-4-5 is a very strong group of tiles, and discarding would leave you in a probable kanchan wait to complete your only yaku in the 3-4-5 sanshoku. I'd probably discard followed by because a lot of other drawn tiles would then be able to be incorporated into the hand, and riichi+pinfu+tsumo is just as strong a hand as a kanchan sanshoku even without any uradora. It also gives you the time to improve your hand by either drawing dora tiles or securing a ryanmen wait that guarantees tanyao. It is the choice that would let that hand, a 2-han 40fu point hand, become something like this in only a few turns:
Re: WWYD 2013/1/7
is useless, since you can't wait for your pair there (you'll be furiten). But then, is the only tile away from tanyao, so I'd discard it first, then , then and then , for a ryanmen wait on either or . Since I'm first in points, if things start looking bad I always can open my hand for an uber cheap but useful win.
