. . . I need your luck at getting these epic starting hands. >_> Usually mine have like 2~4 scattered unpaired honors/winds and/or 1~3 unpaired terminals.
For this hand, don't go for honitsu...I'd keep as many triplets as possible and try to force it into a san-an-kou. As for calling, I would only call on the last tile of its kind or when I'm desperate (goal: capitalize off of dealership). This hand is too good for seven pairs so even if I get into tenpai for it, I'll just keep it like that and break it later unless my bad luck keeps me from getting any progress even after the 12th discard. Also as usual, never do an open kan unless your hand is already open and it's close to end-game and no one declared riichi.
I'll discard the

since if the opponents are holding pinzu tiles, it'd more likely be that one.
Reasoning: You already have two

s so it'll be slightly more unlikely for them to have

and same logic for
Also keep any

's you find- a dealer mangan/haneman is good too. If you're lucky with dora, it can be bumped to baiman.
(riichi, iipeikou, hatsu, chanta(concealed), [menzen tsumo?] +any dora/uradora)
If by some ungodly chance you or some one else makes a kan (ankan, if you're the one making it) and the dora and uradora are both

or you win by suankou.
