I'd drop the 4-crak and if nothing happens to change my mind, the 6-crak following that, keeping the flexibility of multiple complex waits in bamboo. I'd also be very happy to see the possibility of a tanyao pinfu riichi double chow dora with an aka dora set develop and grow at least a haneman out of this if things go my way.

3-bam
Discarding this leaves space for the possibility an extra dora+iipeikou or a red 5s.
Most likely you'll end up with a mangan/haneman pinfu [depending on the chances of drawing 2s or 5s], and if you're lucky, you can bump it up to baiman with ura-dora.

If you want to open your hand, discard 78s since they'll be in the way of getting an open tanyao if by any chance you draw a 9s. This will greatly decrease the value of your hand so I wouldn't suggest opening it.

The solution outlined by Scott Miller would be the ideal attacking option but needs 3 ideal pick ups for a Hanneman.
But let's consider the case for the defence. We are already half way through the second row so the chances of an opponent being ready are fairly high. South seat is very likely planning a Tanyao hand and in fact East and West probably are as well. Since we have no terminals there aren't really any safe discards. The nearest we have to a safe discard would be 8 dots since all three opponents have discarded 9d.
Given the high scoring potential of the hand I would be prepared to attack one more round, absolute max two, and then switch to defensive mode unless the ideal pick ups started to arrive. Discard sequence in attacking mode would be character, character, 3s. In defensive mode 8d, 8d, 7d.
