It's the dora so better throw it now, since it's not a yakuhai, and pinfu looks unlikely with all those kanchan.

. With a single draw you can open it up for sanshoku or chanta, and there's still a strong possibility of completing the ryankan and getting pinfu on its own. If you draw the edge tiles, you can open for chanta sanshoku, and if you get closed you can aim for riichi with pinfu. No reason to cheapen this hand at all

Stay concealed. It's early in the hand. Discard your most isolated tiles like the 
and 
, and possibly the 
, depending on what develops, and aim for riichi.
Best case scenario: You get lucky, pick up another along the way, and tsumo with at least 3 dora.
Worst case scenario: You have lots of tiles to chose from for safe discards when someone else calls riichi.
