5sou and make iipeikou possible, or possible chiitoitsu, and almost definitely making tanyao. Toitoi might also be the possiblity. The cards that would help are mostly not discarded yet, nobody else has declared riichi, it is east 2 round, and I am in east position; therefore it can also repeat. This does not seem to be a bad position to do this.
