Confused about a score

I\'ve been going through my match log on Ron2 lately, trying to work on scoring hands, because I haven\'t been the best with that in the past. I found something that confuses me a bit when I think about it. Hopefully someone who knows things will help me with this.

The hand is:

4-crak 5-bam 6-bam 7-bam 7-bam 8-bam 9-bam 3-dot 4-dot 5-dot 7-dot 8-dot 9-dot

Goes out on the 4c with:

Reach
Ippatsu
Menzen tsumo

30 fu, 3 yaku. There are two reach bets on the table, and one of those thingies that are worth 300 points. So, I thought it should come to 6200. But on Ron2 it was scored as 30 fu, 3 yaku, a 4000 point hand.

I don\'t know if there\'s a mistake in my chart or something, but shouldn\'t it normally be 3900? Is it commonly rounded up?

hmmm this is a strange one. this hand is like 0 fu (actually i see only 2 fu for the double wait on 4) and therefore it\'s worth the base score that was decided before, and thats usaully 20 fu (it seems that ron2-s base score is 30 instead). But other than that...30fu 3han(or fan :P its called yaku only in your hand not at scoreing) is worth 2000/1000 (for non-east/dealer) so that would make it 4000+(2riichi sticks)2000+300 so it\'s 6300 or something like this. So yea, it would only be 4000 points if we do not count that riichi sticks and the 300 point stick. Someone with better knowdlege then me should help us out here, couse im no pro, and i don\'t really know much about ron2.

3fan 30fu is worth 3900 on ron when you are not east. When you win with tsumo its worth 1000 from ko and 2000 from oya and that makes 4000.

From classical mahjong-math:
2^(2+3fan) = 32
30fu x 32 = 960

So if you are wining with tsumo (not east) you get 960 rounded up to 1000 form both ko, and 960x2 = 1920 which is rounded up to 2000 from oya

If it would be ron its 960x4 = 3840 so when rounded up it gives only 3900.

Well, 2 fu for the one tile wait, and 2 fu for tsumo -> 24, but you always round up so that means 30 fu.

There is 24 fu (20 base + 2 for menzen tsumo + 2 for single wait) rounded up to 30. And there is 3 han (riichi+ippatsu+menzen tsumo). It would be 30*4*2^3=960 base total. Now round to 1000, from each non-dealer loser, and 960*2=1920 rounded to 2000 from dealer, to make 4000 in total. Add 2300 to make 6300.
