googled it a few months ago after I found out about Riichi and was trying to find any english sites selling riichi sets.

Still wishing I could find a nice portable set of riichi mahjong. I currently have two YMImports style sets (one white from YM, one black from elsewhere) which are beautiful but would still like a smaller set for my wanders

How compact do you want the set to be?

I don´t know how practical they are in use though. Also might not include red fives.

I picked up one of these out of pure curiosity ... they are very small impossible to shuffle. but quite nice to make ornaments out of
