Anyone able to do this?

Do you mean Elevator or to just quickly rotate the last two tiles in your hand?

I personally haven\'t tried it. But I\'m assuming your using the thumb to push out the second last tile forward, your index to push it right/left, your middle to push it out further, your ring finger to push it down, and then your pinky pushes it to the left. Since you use all 5 fingers It could be done in rapid succession. I\'ve never seen it, I may be wrong, but it seems logical. I\'m going to go try it later actually.

I actually thought it was the other way around. the index finger pushes the second tile into the thumb and the other hand pushes the tile over.

But using your other hand to push the tiles would make it obvious? Iunno.
