as I stated in another thread I\'m still a bit bad at scoring, can someone give me the detailed scoring of this MJ I finally did on Mahjong Time after a long losing streak?

I was West, I went out on East (dealer) discard:

1-dot 2-dot 3-dot 4-dot 4-dot 4-dot 4-dot 7-dot 8-dot 9-dot :west :west :west (discard) 3-dot 3-dot

The Dora indicator was 3-dot, so I had a kong of dora tiles :)

The hand was completely melded, alas :(

EDIT: forgot what kan-dora was but I\'m almost sure it was useless for my hand.

Assuming you have declared these four 4 as a kan, and you\'re not in the West round *.

You have :
Half flush (honitsu) : 2 fan
Own wind (yakupai) : 1 fan
Dora x4 : 4 fan

Total : 7 fan -> haneman
You\'re not East, so you win 12000 points.
It\'s a win on a discard (ron), so only the discarder, East, pays you.

For info your mini-points (fu) are :
Win an a discard, with an open hand : 20 fu
Win on the pair : 2 fu
Open pon of wind : 4 fu
Open kan of middle tiles : 8 fu

Total : 34, round up to 40.


* I know riichi mahjong have only East and South round, but you still can go thru the West round, with some rule variant and precise circumstances (end of the South round and nobody have more than 30000 points).

Anyway, thanks for the scoring, I did close the window by mistake that day so I couldn\'t see how many points I got back then but I recall seeing something like that.

Ah, actually I went out on the Xia discard, I was waiting for the 3 Pin and the Xia when I realized that, having 3 of the 3 pins and it being the Dora indicator there were already 4 out (durrrrrrrr). :side: :S
