Tenhou 3-player question

Post by carl » Sat Jan 30, 2010 3:58 pm

If the 1-crak is the dora indicator, does that make the 9-crak the dora? I always just assumed it meant there was no dora.

Correct, a 1-crak indicator means 9-crak is the dora.

It always was like that on tenhou. dora indicator 1-crak makes 9-crak dora. Its quite logical for me as when there are no other tiles betwen 1 and 9, and there should always be dora in riichi

The dora is 9-crak.

From http://japanese-mahjong.com/3pmjpage3.html :
\"If the Mekuri-Pai happened to be 1-Characters, the Dora would be the 9-Characters.\"
