ryan peikou = chii toitsu????? can anyone explain?

hi guys, I 'm wondering that if you get Ryan peikou , it looks like that you get chiitoitsu too. :shock: so what could the score be ?,set as Ryan peikou or chiitoitsu??

In short: you can't have your cake and eat it too. Actually, I never understood that saying. How about: "no double dipping." You have EITHER seven pairs OR four chows and a pair -- you can't claim it's both.

Ghost Dragon: Also..... nvmd Burke did a great job of finding a thread where I make the comment and avoiding another one where everything sorta went to hell in a handbasket. *sigh*

Overall, Mr. Sloper has the simplest explanation separating the two, The normal hand shape is 4 melds of 3 tiles and 1 pair. With two exceptions: 7 pairs, and KokushiMusou. The 4 melds + 1 pair shape, can not and does not overlap with the 7 pairs shape.
