Now, if you thought Suu Kantsu or San Kantsu is rare enough...try making the concealed forms of those!
Has anyone ever actually seen a Suu Ankan or even a San Ankan go to tenpai in real life or even online?
Suu Ankan or even San Ankan?

Well, look at the yaku hit rates in Tenhou:

I don't even see Su Kansu listed. And you're asking for them to be closed? That's nuts.

It's nuts, however...
Suu Ankan, if one were to win it, should trigger a massive jackpot payout, regardless of where in the world it is eventually hit - something to the tune of at least one trillion yen (one billion long scale) equivalent.
San Ankan, still is hard enough, should still trigger a nice payday jackpot - probably a one hundred million yen equivalent - and probably the only non-yakuman hand to get any jackpot - given it is the hardest non-yakuman pattern - it still would score at least mangan (minimum San Ankou and San Kantsu, 4 han yaku plus at least 60 fu).
