As you see in the bottom right of this image...
Means new challenge, and if I got the translations somewhat right...
"In the next 5 games, win at least 10 hands with a score of mangan or higher" to gain a daily goal plus five stars.
Can play in any table, with only games second place or higher count.
And It is noted that I failed or something and I have to pay 500 of whatever currency (not the kaimo!) to restart it
Note that some daily goals are really damn easy (for example, win a hand with the yaku of tanyao) to really damn hard (like this one I am describing) - also the star amount gives you the difficulty level - and normally gives you 24 hours to accomplish this...
