Can someone please tell me what this means? When I click the non-selected button (I think it's continue) it ends the hand and goes to the next hand. If I click the selected button, it continues to play. It looked like it was perhaps close to a special hand (like the 1 & 9 + one of each wind and dragon tiles). Can anyone explain this?

Thanks.

It's a case of drawn game.
When you have nine different terminals (1 & 9) and honors (winds & dragons) on your initial hand you can, if you want, cancel the hand.

The unselected button (はい hai) means "Yes".
The selected button (いいえ iie) means "No".
Cats don't do タンヤオ (tan-yao) but タニャーオ (ta-nya-o).

Thanks Shirluban. So does it allow you to skip this hand because it's too difficult to successfully complete the hand?

Basically. I dislike this rule because a) it's arbitrary [there are other types of hands that are equally or more "hard to complete" that don't have such an option], and b) it's an easy escape that seems to go against the feeling of the game [this is a game of defense, so you can fold this hand if you see it's not going to complete, and a hand is not that long in any case].

So do you have to pay to play online? I played 3 or 4 hands online, and now it shows I'm out of credits (?) and will not let me play online anymore. I thought maybe you had to pay if you had a Konami ID or something, but I was unaware that you had to pay to play online multiplayer... I was wondering if maybe you earn credits/orbs/whatever in the single player--does anyone know?

Play Asia have listed a "Playstation Vita the Best" budget reissue of the Vita edition of Mahjong Fight Club for 10 Oct 2013 priced US$32.
