Playing Mahjong Fight Club NEXT (Arcade) from outside Japan?

So this is a theory I came up with but haven't been able to prove due to A. Being in Japan and B. Not currently having a working credit card. But....
Konami is currently running a test of their online portal for MFC NEXT http://p.eagate.573.jp/game/eacloud/p/common/top.html and in theory this allows anyone with an internet connection to play MFC between 22:00 and 10:00 JST. (though I don't think it's the goal of the test) There as a few hurdles though. You need to sign up to Konami and E-Amusement Pass (sites are in Japanese) and then add money to your PASELI account. Now I don't know how feasible it is. There IS a credit card option but I have never actually tried it myself (I use a top up machine in an arcade). But assuming you can then you should be able to play online during the testing period (which only runs till mid December unfortunately, but it is the second test so there MAY be more), if anyone had tried this is live to know if it worked.
