New link for EMA riichi rules pdf

The web site of the European Mahjong Association is currently being reconfigured. This means the links for the riichi rules have changed. The link for the English rules is now:

There are also versions in French and Polish, and a German version is coming up.

Is there someone proficient in German who would volunteer to proofread the German version?

I took German at school but that was a very long time ago... sorry!

I remember that Bart means \"beard\" but that´s about it. :laugh:
