I came across something when I was googling yesterday, and it was (predictably) a lot less simple than just using Chinese tiles!

(Volume 2 Chapter 7 if you want to look - actually Putin uses two methods. There\'s a nice illustration of no-limits "skyrocketing" scores on page 4 too.)

I\'ve been practising his Rising Sun tsumo technique but the closest I\'ve got is tenpai on 1-sided Kokushi.

I\'m also working on Papa Bush\'s \"Apocalypse Now\" ron but I need more helicopters...
