Hi I'm new anyway the changes are to the jantama which are those green points you needed to keep above 5,000 to play rated. I have a translation of that message. Here it is.
On Tuesday, July 19, we will be implementing an update, abolishing the consumption of Jantama (points taken and given during matches), as well as the minimum number required in order to play a match.
In addition, the Jantama free charge service (other than from official net cafes) will be suspended.
With this update, Jantama will no longer be necessary and any game mode can be used regardless of the number of Jantama in possession, but Janryumon2's basic service will continue to be provided free of charge. The details of the update are as follows.
[Game use changes]
* Removing Jantama minimum quantities for Public tables (General/Rated tables) or Friend Tables
- The only requirement to participate in Rated tables will be a rank of at least 6-kyu
* Removing Jantama rank placement system on Public tables (Rated tables) or Friend Tables
* Revising the Jantama exchange system based on match results for public tables (general/rated tables)
- After a victory, the amount of Jantama gained will increase by a fixed amount as described below. *(Details announced elsewhere)
- After a defeat, the amount of Jantama will no longer decrease.
* Removing the system to restore Jantama for players of rank 7-kyu or lower who fall below 5000 Jantama.
* Removing the 30,000 Jantama present system for when players are promoted to 6-kyu.
[Suspending the Jantama Free Charge Service]
* Discontinuing the Jantama Free Charge System other than at the JanKissa (Net Cafe)
- When playing Janryumon2 from JanKissa, the Jantama Free Charge System will continue to be available.
Starting from July 19, other than avatars and unlimited use decorations purchasable from Jantama, we plan to begin making all popular items available for Jantama.
