still not sure. I've read that before. A very good explanation but its the south round and I have the south winds and I dont seem to be in furiten.

That should've been fine. Either way, even if it weren't south round, your yaku would be toitoi and you weren't furiten on either of your outs. It's a problem with the client.

Yea, what Shinkii here said.
The Yaku is Toitoi. Y'should be able to win off the 9-man. Either the client was broken, or you missclicked something. I'll also say that the client is broken.
