The Special episode was uploaded long ago. Someone even made an English subtitle file for it. You can find them in the same place as the movie; I'm afraid you'll have to go deeper than Youtube this time.
It's basically a flashback/characterization dump for the other 3 teams.

So the extra episode is a flashback about the other teams? That's pretty much important... I'll look for it and for the film. My expectations of both videos are very low, as everybody else I guess. UPDATE: which most of you probably know already.
After trying for quite a while, unsuccessfully, to find the SAKI 2017 movie online, and then only finding it in Japanese or Indonesian subtitles, neither of which did me any good, I was finally able to watch it with English subtitles.
It's 1 hour and 43 minutes long, a continuation of the 4 episode live drama.
Nothing really new that wasn't covered in the anime but I enjoyed it

I see there is a saki achiga hen movie also , but I can only find this one on YouTube , again with Indonesian subtitles. Maybe next year.
I also see there is a 2nd season of AKAGI, a sequel to the 10 episode live action. I can't find this either.
